Seungbeen Wee (the "Company") complies with applicable data protection laws, including the Personal Information Protection Act of Korea, and publishes this Privacy Policy to explain how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

Part 1. Common Policy

1. Information We Process

We process the following categories of personal information:

Account information: identifiers verified by your social login provider, email address (where provided), the name and profile photo URL provided by your social login provider (where provided; the name is used as the initial value of your nickname), nickname, country of residence, language and notification settings
Service usage information: content you select or view, favorites, practice and learning records (such as practice sessions, playback and recording time, repetition counts, completion, and identifiers of YouTube videos you enter), quiz answers and results, feedback results, feedback you send in the app about your feedback results or content (satisfaction ratings and selected options), notification delivery records, usage timestamps (including your device's time zone offset), and consent records
Device information: device tokens registered for push notifications, platform information, device time zone, and app build number (we process the time zone and app build number to send practice reminders at the right local time and only to app versions that can display them), and the installation identifier, app version, and language and country settings used to receive app settings
Sign-up and access environment information: platform (Android or iOS), device time zone, app version and build number, and country estimated from your time zone and IP address, generated automatically when you sign up and use the app (collected automatically without consent; the estimated country may differ from where you actually live)
App usage time information: the dates on which you use the app (access dates) and your app usage time (daily totals and totals by feature) (collected automatically without consent; however, for users in the European Economic Area (EEA) and the United Kingdom, app usage time is processed only if you have consented to usage analytics)
Recording and analysis information: submitted videos, improvement-point segment clips cut from submitted videos (up to 3 seconds per segment, up to 9 seconds total), still images of well-performed segments extracted from submitted videos (up to 2), posture, joint, and movement coordinates automatically extracted from those videos (including body joint coordinates for the full length of the video; we store a small number of points indicating the position and orientation of the head, such as the nose, eyes, ears, and corners of the mouth, but we do not store detailed facial landmarks that describe the contours of the face or the shape of facial features), and the resulting analysis. Improvement-point segment clips and still images of well-performed segments show you as recorded (processed as described in the Consent to Processing of Sensitive Information)
Profile information: dance experience, self-rated skill level, dance frequency, gender, and age range (collected only if you choose to provide it; you can use the Service without providing it)
Usage analytics information: app usage records (including search terms you enter in the app and internal service numbers of the content and feedback you use), app instance identifier, identifier for vendor (IDFV) on iOS, device and app environment information, and app install source information (collected only where you have given optional consent; usage records made before you decide whether to consent are kept only on your device and are sent if you consent or deleted if you decline; app install source information is collected only in the Android app and only if you have also consented to ad performance measurement, to compare app usage by ad)
Error diagnostics information: error records and app state information at the time an app error occurs (the last screen before the error, internal service numbers of the content or feedback in use, and build type), installation identifier, app session records, and device and app environment information (required for users outside the European Economic Area (EEA) and the United Kingdom who sign up on or after October 31, 2026; for all other users, collected only where you have given optional consent)
Promotional message consent information: whether you have consented to or declined promotional messages, and the dates and times of consent, refusal, and withdrawal (processed only where you have given optional consent; messages are sent using the email address in your account information and the device token in your device information)
Ad performance measurement information: app install and launch source information (including ad link URLs), app event information (such as app installs and launches, sign-ups, onboarding completion, and first scoring completion), app instance identifier, Android App Set ID, and device and app environment information (including IP address) (collected only where you have given optional consent)
